 The focus in the industry seems to always be on rate, however I understand the true solution behind a 'non-prime' deal. My clients find that they actually are getting what they want out of their mortgage. For example, flexible solutions for ex-bankrupts, payment of CRA taxes through refinance, consolidations of high interest loans.. the solutions are endless!

The typical 'B' client only stays in term for 1-2 years before they are eligible for 'Prime' loans again.  The 'B' client today is the future 'A' client tomorrow which increases buying power due to lower rates!
